The functional medicine side covers women's hormone therapy for perimenopause, menopause and hormone imbalances, plus hormone pellet therapy, where small pellets are inserted just under the skin. Men's hormone therapy, medical weight management, gut health care, pelvic floor health, peptide therapy and cortisol testing are also offered. Hormone care is assessed by looking at estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid and cortisol levels. Other delivery methods include patches, pills, creams or gels, and vaginal estrogen. Compounded bioidentical hormone therapy is offered only with monitoring and medical oversight, and it is not suitable for everyone. Medical weight loss begins with an initial assessment and blood work. Where needed, it may include FDA-approved medications, along with nutrition plans, hormone therapy and supplement plans. Insurance may cover medical weight loss where the plan includes it. Pelvic floor care uses EMSELLA HIFEM to build pelvic floor muscle strength non-surgically, with no needles and no recovery period.

On the aesthetic side, injectable options include dermal fillers Sculptra and Restylane, and neuromodulators from Jeuveau, Xeomin, Dysport and Daxxify. Neuromodulators are used to soften lines that form on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. Injectable results become visible over five to seven days, and maintenance is usually scheduled every three to four months. A facial injection visit takes about 10 minutes. The Hydrafacial, which runs about 60 minutes, combines cleansing, exfoliating, extracting and hydrating with dermaplaning, and can be tailored to fine lines, acne, scarring, wrinkles, elasticity and firmness. Other choices include the ZO 3-Step Chemical Peel, a medical-grade peel performed in the office, and custom facials that incorporate massage and masks. Before a Hydrafacial, clients should skip exfoliating for at least 48 hours, and retinoids or strong acids should be stopped three to five days ahead. For more intensive concerns, chemical peels are generally recommended every four to six weeks.

Laser and body services include Laser Genesis, Elluminate Laser Facial, IPL Photo Facial, Laser Glo Facial, which pairs the Glo2 facial with Laser Genesis, Laser Facial with Light EVO, and Vascular Laser Treatment for the appearance of spider veins. NOUVADerm is a fractional skin resurfacing platform with NOUVAGlo and Hair Support modes that the practice says is FDA-cleared for a range of treatments. Laser hair removal uses the Cartessa Light EVO, and waxing is offered for Brazilian, bikini, underarms, brows, upper lip and back. EMFACE combines radiofrequency with high-intensity focused electromagnetic stimulation in sessions of about 20 minutes, typically given as four treatments a week apart. EXION Fractional RF Microneedling and Rejuvenate with EXION Face are also offered, along with EXION body contouring for the abdomen, thighs, arms and buttocks.

Memberships are available at three levels. Elevate Health is $99 per month and includes quarterly nurse practitioner visits, unlimited InBody scans, $25 off IV hydration at office visits and 10 percent off retail. Essential Aesthetic Membership is $100 per month and includes a member facial, a member IV infusion, 10 units of tox and an aesthetic credit. Elevated Aesthetic Membership is $200 per month and includes a premium facial, laser hair removal for the face, underarms or bikini, 20 units of tox and an aesthetic credit. Aesthetic memberships also include 10 percent off packages, additional single services and retail, plus member pricing on tox and filler. Aesthetic credits can be shared as gifts, but discounts cannot. The practice accepts CareCredit with 18- and 24-month deferred interest options, and FSA and HSA funds. Hours are Monday through Wednesday 8am to 5pm, Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 5pm.
