Massage options include 30, 60 and 90 minute Swedish massages at $65, $120 and $160, with pressure adjusted from light to firm after discussion before each session. A 60 minute membership massage is $100 per treatment for monthly members. Membership pricing starts after one regular-price massage and then requires a booked and completed massage each month. A skipped month may bring the regular fee at the next visit, at the therapist's discretion, and new clients must complete one monthly regular-fee appointment before they can join at the membership rate. Shorter options include a 30 minute head, neck and shoulders massage for $65 and a 20 minute peppermint scalp massage for $25. Raindrop Therapy is a 45 minute massage for $100 using Young Living essential oils on the feet, back and neck. Carrier oils are used by default, and undiluted oils are applied only on request, with disposable gloves. The salon states that Raindrop Therapy is not suitable for sensitive skin and that some clients may still experience irritation.

Facials range from a 30 minute express facial at $65, customized to skin needs and including a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask and dermal layering, to a 60 minute facial at $120 tailored to hydration, anti-aging or clarifying needs. The 60 minute facial includes face, scalp and neck and shoulder massage. A 90 minute nano-needling facial at $160 includes dermaplaning, a serum infusion through a nano-needling pen, a lip treatment and massage; the salon describes nano-needling as non-invasive. A 1 hour back facial at $120 combines a spa treatment with extractions if needed, two masks, back and scalp massage and a hot towel treatment. Dermaplaning is free on all facials except the 30 minute express, where it is a $15 add-on.

Other services include waxing of the brow, brow with chin and lip, upper lip and underarms, with underarm waxing using hard wax. Cupping is a 30 minute treatment at $60 and requires a free consultation on the day of the appointment. Foot reflexology is a 30 minute session at $40, and a 35 minute deluxe foot scrub for the lower legs and feet is $65. Two packages are available: the Pop Up Special, an hour combining an express facial and a Swedish massage for $110, and the Pamper Me Special, a 1 hour 30 minute package for $170 with a facial, massage, mini scalp massage, mini foot scrub and post-massage relaxation time.

The studio is open Monday 10 am to 4 pm, Tuesday 10 am to 5 pm, Thursday 1 pm to 7 pm, Friday 10 am to 4 pm and Saturday 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Products are sold online, shipped by UPS Ground within seven to ten days and drop-shipped from the vendor. Opened products cannot be returned, while unopened items in original packaging with a receipt may be returned for a full refund within seven days, handled in person by appointment arranged by text.

Treatments are adjusted to the client, including Swedish massage pressure discussed before each session and facials customized to skin needs.
