The body sculpting menu includes a Beach Bod session that uses low-frequency ultrasound to break down fat cells beneath the skin, a Thigh Cellulite treatment combining cavitation, vacuum and wood therapy on the legs, and Body Cavitation, which uses ultrasonic cavitation, radio frequency and vacuum therapy and can be paired with radio frequency for skin tightening. Laser Lipo and a short radio frequency face treatment are also offered. The six-week Sculpt Membership pairs weekly sessions of body cavitation, laser lipo, wood therapy and radio frequency face work, with a choice of stomach, arms or thighs as the focus area. Clients should be within 10 to 15 pounds of their goal weight, commit to a healthy eating and workout routine, and agree to weekly progress photos and measurements. Spots in the membership are limited.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute express facial with enzyme exfoliation, LED light and a massage to hour-long treatments. These include a dermaplaning smooth and glow facial that uses a sterile surgical blade, a glass skin facial focused on hydration and a dewy finish, a lymphatic hydrating facial, an acne facial with deep cleansing and extractions when needed, and a microdermabrasion facial with pure oxygen infusion. Several facials can be combined with a head spa, and a dermaplane facial with head spa is the longest of those pairings.

The head spa menu covers a range of treatments, from a 30-minute hair play service to a premium head spa with a mini facial and hand and arm massage. A Glow Girl head spa is designed for ages 6 to 14 and uses kid-safe products and fun scents. Back to school options include a Back 2 School Head Spa and facials for teens. A Sole Serenity foot spa and an infrared sauna booth are also available, along with a blow dry add-on for head spa clients. Massage is offered in 30, 45, 60 and 90-minute sessions, and an athlete session can include cupping, muscle scraping, stretching and red light therapy.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, chest and back, with prices set per area. New clients can book a special that includes a mini facial, a mini head spa, and a hand mask with hand and arm massage.

Massage sessions are tailored to each client's needs, aimed at easing pain and relaxing muscles.
