Hair color ranges from accent and glaze work and root retouches to all-over color, color correction, dimension highlights and balayage. Full balayage is hand-painted across the whole head with a soft root. Root Melt blends natural root color into highlights, and a custom toner glaze is applied to lengths during the color service. Hair extensions begin with a $50 Step 1 Signature Consultation, which is waived when an extension service is booked. The Full Look uses three rows and the Partial Look uses one row, and both include a custom cut, color glaze and style. Move-Ups bring existing extensions back to the root as natural hair grows.

Spa services include Swedish-style therapeutic massage adjusted from medium to firm pressure, a 90-minute Tranquility Therapy session, Power Glow, sinus relief, upper-body focused massage, and a 15 to 30 minute fully clothed chair massage. Facials range from custom and lift and firm to Ultra Glow, Cocoa Enzyme, Pore Cleaning and Detox, and Ultimate Dermaplane. A 20-minute Express Facial is available only as an add-on to a massage. Waxing and brow care run from brow shaping to full-body smoothing.

Appointments require a deposit that is applied to the service total on the day. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations, or those without a deposit on file, are charged to the card on file. A deposit is forfeited for a no-show without notice. Guests 10 or more minutes late may have a shortened service or be asked to reschedule. Services are non-refundable, and a correction charge applies for a different look after the service. Children are not permitted at appointments.

Pricing follows a level and performance system. The salon describes its goal as a space where beauty and wellness meet, and states that every artist on its team has completed its in-salon skill program.
