Owner Rachel Swire opened her own salon business in 2006, after starting to work in a salon during cosmetology school and then gaining experience at Hair Atlanta of Buckhead.

A visit begins with a conversation about the client's hair. Rachel learns about the hair before suggesting products or services, and then tailors the regimen, product choices, services and upkeep to what the client needs and wants from their hair.

The menu groups services into styling, color, treatments, relaxer touch-ups, strand slicing and extensions. Spa Style is $100, Spa Style with a cut is $140 and Silk Style is $160. Treatments start at $130, with Amino Acid Treatment at $190 and Keratin Treatment from $340. Relaxer Touch-Up is $150. Strand slicing starts at $2,000 and K-Tip extensions start at $3,000.

Booking is secured with a nonrefundable deposit, and the balance is paid at the visit. Clients can reschedule or cancel without a fee if they do so at least 24 hours ahead, and the deposit moves with the appointment if it is rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, no-shows, and arriving more than 15 minutes late are charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service total, applied against the deposit. Reminders are a courtesy and not a guarantee. Cancelling online forfeits the deposit.
