Services cover color, haircuts, extensions, keratin treatments, event styling, brow and lip waxing, and styling classes.

The color menu ranges from root color and toner or glaze visits to all-over permanent and semipermanent color, fashion colors, highlights, balayage and color correction. Extension work includes hand-tied wefts, tape-ins, k-tips, i-tips, halos, toppers, bang clip-ins and clip-in extensions, with a consult to plan length, color, extension type and brand. The salon carries Bellami, Halo Couture and Hairtalk extensions. Keratin smoothing comes in full and express versions, with the full treatment described as lasting three to five months and the express treatment six to twelve weeks.

Bridal and event work includes event curls, half updos, updos and bridal hair, with on-location appointments available for an extra $1 per mile. A bridal hair trial is $90 and takes 75 minutes, and it is used to plan styles and book the wedding day appointment. A 1-on-1 styling class is $125 and takes 60 minutes, covering natural curls, curling iron curls or at-home blowouts, with clients receiving 20% off retail products on class day.

Many services ask new clients for a deposit, typically $20, $25 or $50 depending on the service. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a 30% fee, cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Clients have a 15-minute grace period and should contact the salon if running late; without communication, a late client may be rescheduled and the 50% fee may apply. Text is the best way to reach the salon, and voicemail is available when calls go unanswered. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM. Monday and Tuesday are closed, though the salon says it opens those days by request or during busy seasons.
