Visits begin with a consultation, which can be held in the clinic or virtually by FaceTime or Zoom. In-person consultations can include dermal imaging, which photographs the face to show wrinkles, texture, pores, UV damage, pigmentation and inflammation. Virtual clients can have a custom product regime shipped from the clinic the same day.

The clinic's signature offerings include the Rosewood Bespoke Facial, a custom facial that combines treatments chosen for the client's skin condition and goals at no extra charge for the combination, and an Acne Clinic Treatment Program. The acne program pairs a customized home care regimen, which the clinic says uses non pore-clogging products, with in-clinic treatments every two weeks.
