The facial menu centers on Hydrafacial treatments, which run from a 25-minute Express version to an 80-minute Platinum version that begins with lymphatic therapy and ends with LED light therapy. Other facials include a 60-minute Beyond Organic Facial customized by skin type and condition, a 90-minute Youth Revealing Facial Treatment, a Gentlemen's Facial, Sea the Glow and Vitamin C facials that use LED light, and a Vitamin C Lighten and Brighten Facial that includes a professional peel. The 120-minute Spa Serein Signature Facial and Body Treatment pairs a body scrub and wrap with a customized facial.

Body and massage options include a sugar and salt scrub with lotion, dry brush exfoliation with a gel or lavender and sea-based nutrient wrap, a CBD scrub and wrap, and several massages: Deep Tissue at medium to firm pressure, a custom aromatherapy massage where guests pick a blend, a prenatal massage recommended after the first trimester, and stone massages using warm lava and cold glacial stones or warm Himalayan salt stones. Waxing, brow lamination and tinting, and lash lifts with or without tint are also offered. Nail services include gel polish, Gel X, BIAB, Shellac, and botanical manicures and pedicures, plus a children's mini manicure and pedicure for guests ages four to ten.

Visiting is straightforward. Intake forms can be completed online ahead of time or on the day. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early, and late arrivals keep the originally scheduled end time. The spa has private massage and skin rooms, a relaxation lounge with complimentary beverages and light snacks, and robes, sandals, showers, lockers and infrared saunas in the men's and women's lounges. Valet parking is provided by the spa onsite. The spa is smoke and vape free, and it asks guests to limit cell phone use, including photos. Hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Friday to Sunday 9:00am to 7:00pm. A valid credit card is required at booking, and an 18% service charge is added at checkout that goes to the staff.

Treatments are designed around relaxation and renewal, and the spa describes its products as built on sustainably harvested organic ingredients from the sea and the earth.
