A visit typically begins with a 30-minute personalized skincare consultation, held in office or virtually. Staff learn what the client wants, cover skincare concerns and any at-home self-care, and recommend a regimen and treatment options that fit the client's lifestyle and comfort. Clients are asked to bring all current skin care products to that first conversation.

The facial menu centers on three HydraFacial tiers: Signature, a 30-minute cleanse, exfoliation and hydration; Deluxe, which adds targeted boosters and LED light therapy; and Platinum, which opens with lymphatic drainage before the full Deluxe treatment. Celluma Pro light therapy, which uses blue and red LED light, can be added to facials or booked alone, and the business states it is suitable for all skin types. The business also says HydraFacial involves no recovery time. Other services include facial massage, advanced and traditional facial treatments, exosome therapy with hair restoration, and HydraScalp with Keravive for the scalp.

Beyond facials, the studio offers brow mapping, shaping, waxing, tinting, henna and trimming; lash lifting, tinting and a combined lift and tint; and waxing for face, body, bikini, Brazilian and leg areas, open to all genders. Laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation are also offered, and laser hair removal requires a medical consultation before treatment begins. Botox and dermal fillers are performed by an independent Medical Director, and payment for those is handled directly with that practice rather than through Mynx.

Memberships are available at several levels. Mynx Loyalty is listed at $45 per month and gives 10 percent off facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing, lash and brow services and in-store skincare, with no minimum term. Signature, Deluxe and Platinum memberships cost $189, $239 and $275 per month, each include a HydraFacial at its level, and carry member discounts of 5, 10 and 15 percent. Those three tiers have a six-month minimum and can be cancelled by text 20 days before billing.
