The hair menu is built around colour. Services include blowdries and cuts, toners, root touch-ups, global colour, partial and full balayage, highlights, and several named balayage and morena iluminada styles, along with creative highlights called Mechas Creativas. Starting prices and approximate appointment lengths are listed for each service, and a free hair consultation of about 10 minutes is offered. New clients are asked for a $100 deposit for many colour services and a $20 deposit for cuts.

The salon also teaches. Basic education classes start at $800, intermediate classes at $1,400 cover advanced colorimetry and two balayage techniques, and advanced classes at $1,800 cover balayage and morenas iluminadas. New clients pay a $700 deposit for intermediate classes and a $900 deposit for advanced ones. A stylist workshop called Conecta con tu Evolución starts at $800, and there are mentorships in balayage with light and shadow and in highlight design. Courses and workshops are offered through Beauty Evolution Máster School, taught by industry experts.

For payment, buy now, pay later options are available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 through Glossgenius, subject to approval. Payment plans through Cherry include 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and interest-bearing plans from as low as 5.99% APR.

The salon works across colorimetry and balayage, aiming for looks that suit each client's natural tones and features.
