Every visit starts with a detailed consultation about what a guest likes and dislikes about their hair, and what challenges they are having with it. From there the stylist builds a long-term maintenance plan alongside the first appointment plan, so color and cut can be kept fresh over time. Looks are shaped around skin tone, eye color, bone structure and how much time the guest wants to spend on their hair each day.
New clients begin with the New Guest Custom Color Session, a 2.5 to 3 hour appointment that includes a face-to-face consultation, a strengthening conditioning treatment to reduce breakage, several color services and a cut with style. This session is required for every new client's first visit. Existing guests are asked to book their next appointment before they leave.
Color services include a blow dry and style. Haircuts are offered only alongside a color or chemical service. Pricing reflects the time, products and intricacy needed to reach the look, and not every service is listed on the menu, so guests can ask about options that are not shown.
