According to the salon, it is the only salon business in the greater Nashville area organized around extensions, and it produces its own high-end extension line in house.

The business has two Franklin locations about two miles and a ten-minute drive apart. The Davenport Boulevard site offers full service with a focus on color and extensions. The Cool Springs site is an independent-stylist salon where each stylist sets their own services and pricing. Parking at Davenport Boulevard is plentiful, but the shopping center gets busy, so clients should allow extra time at peak hours.

Extensions are placed on a beaded foundation with hand-sewn wefts. Three methods are offered: the standard method for normal to thick density hair, the fine hair method, which adds a supporting string between the beading for fine density hair, and the hidden bead method for clients who often wear their hair up. New extension clients can have a consultation on the same day, since the salon keeps all hair on hand. According to the salon, with proper care the extensions last 8 to 12 months, and guests receive personalized care guidance. The salon describes its hand-sewn weft technique as among the most seamless approaches on the market.

Color work uses ammonia-free lines, O&M CØR.color and Redken Shades EQ. The salon says these clean color lines were chosen for the safety and comfort of guests and stylists. Blonding can include a K18 treatment before lightening and a Kérastase Fusio-Dose treatment afterward. Partial blonding appointments run about 2.5 to 4 hours, and full or heavy full highlights run 3 to 5 hours. Most blonding guests refresh their color every 6 to 8 weeks.

Booking can be done online or by phone, and new guests can be set up with a consultation or booked on the spot. The salon recommends booking two to three weeks ahead for busy periods and as early as possible for special events. A scalp treatment is recommended, though not required, before an extension reinstall. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment and no-shows may be charged $150.
