The salon describes itself as a premier beauty destination. Its work centers on brow services and hair removal, and it was created by Linda Ramos, who is also its esthetician.

Brow services cover brow lamination and brow tinting. Waxing covers Brazilian wax, which Linda names as her most popular service. Waxing uses a rice-based soft wax containing zinc oxide, which the salon says suits sensitive skin, along with a hard wax that is free from parabens, rosin, fragrance and dyes and includes vitamin E and ingredients meant to reduce discomfort.

Waxing is recommended every four to six weeks, depending on hair growth cycle. A patch test is required before any brow tinting or brow lamination appointment. Brazilian waxing is limited to clients 18 and older, and intimate area waxing is offered to female clients only. Children and additional guests are not permitted at appointments. First-time Brazilian wax clients and pregnant clients are asked to call the salon at (323) 712-4717 before booking.

Hours are Monday and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the salon closed Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations and no-shows need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the booked services applies and must be paid before the next booking.

The shop also sells skincare and wellness products, and eGift cards in amounts from $25 to $200 that expire three months after purchase. Cash, Zelle and Venmo are accepted. Unused shop products in original condition can be returned within 30 days, with shipping fees deducted from refunds, and items are exchanged only if defective or damaged.

The salon says it prioritizes skin health alongside its services.
