Sugaring is the main service. The paste is made from sugar, lemon and water, heated together, and applied against the direction of hair growth, then removed along the direction of growth. Hair should be about a quarter to half an inch long. The salon describes its paste as all natural, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and says sugaring is a hygienic method. It also says some people find sugaring less painful than other hair removal methods. Services range from upper lip and underarms to full body areas, with Full Brazilian sugaring listed at $95 for clients 18 and older and maintenance offered to returning clients with three to five weeks of growth.

Brow services start with mapping, which is included with every brow treatment. Options include brow waxing with mapping, optional semi-permanent tint that typically lasts two to six weeks, and brow lamination, a semi-permanent three-step process that sets brow hairs in a chosen shape. Signature Brows combines a consultation, lamination, mapping and waxing. Lash lifts use a semi-permanent three-step perm and a silicone rod to curl lashes from the base, with the curl lasting six to eight weeks; tint is optional. A Duo Service pairs brow lamination with a lash lift.

Memberships are paid once and cover a year of unlimited services of choice for upper lip waxing, underarm sugaring, eyebrow waxing with mapping, or full Brazilian sugaring. A membership starts on the date of the first scheduled appointment and runs for one year. The membership contract is emailed after checkout and must be completed before membership services can be booked. Afterpay is available at checkout for memberships.

Every appointment requires a retainer or deposit that is non-refundable; it goes toward the service and is deducted at checkout. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients running late are asked to let the studio know. Bookings after 5 pm are available but limited and carry a 15% fee. New clients complete a consent form before sugaring, lash lifts or brow services. A free silent appointment of about five minutes is offered for clients who prefer little conversation. The studio is closed on Mondays and Fridays, with listed hours on Wednesday and Thursday and on weekends.

The studio is designed to feel calm and unhurried, especially for clients who find booking beauty services stressful.
