Every visit starts with a clinical assessment and an individualized plan. New patients can book a free 15-minute private consultation before a first visit, and a free Zoom consultation is also offered. Initial appointments take about 75 minutes and follow-ups usually run 45 to 60 minutes. Acupuncture and electro-acupuncture are offered alongside cupping and gua sha at $90 each (20 minutes), fire cupping with gua sha, return visits at $130 (45 minutes) and an initial evaluation with treatment at $195. Car accident injury and recovery care is available, and the clinic handles PIP billing and coordinates with the client's adjuster; clients bring their PIP claim number to the visit. Fire cupping marks usually fade within three to four days, sometimes a week or two, and gua sha marks usually fade in two to three days. A photo of the back after fire cupping is available on request.
The Rejuvenation Studio offers facial treatments rooted in Eastern Medicine. The Qi Glow Facial ($195, 60 minutes) includes a steam cleanse, lymphatic dry brushing, an enzyme peel, a scalp massage, serums and LED light therapy. Cosmetic acupuncture with LED ($195, 60 minutes) is a facial session in which the client rests under LED light during treatment; a typical course is 12 sessions given twice weekly, followed by monthly or quarterly maintenance. Other options include Celluma LED light therapy ($45, 30 minutes), eye strain relief with steam infusion ($75, 20 minutes) and nano infusion facial with LED ($375, 75 minutes). Bio-natural cosmetic injections are described as homeopathic injections meant to support the skin's own collagen and hyaluronic acid, with no fillers; they are given weekly for seven to ten weeks with quarterly touch-ups.
Microneedling is offered for the face, neck and décolleté. Medical microneedling uses the AcuMicro device, with needle depth adjustable from 0.25 mm to 2.50 mm depending on the area and skin condition. Each microneedling session begins with LED light and includes a numbing cream, a hyaluronic serum and a soothing facial mist afterward. Redness is expected for about 24 hours, with no downtime. Four to six sessions spaced 30 days apart are commonly recommended, followed by maintenance once or twice a year. Clients who have had Botox should wait two weeks before facial microneedling, and afterward should avoid sweating, soaps, direct sun and touching the face. The Injection Bar offers B12 injections ($25 first visit with an allergy test, 20 minutes; $25 return visit, 10 minutes), immunity support and Tranquility Elixir injections ($45 each, 10 minutes), a pain relief injection return visit ($75, 15 minutes) and point injection therapy for pain relief, anxiety and immune support.

Medicare and Medicare Advantage are not accepted, and other treatments are self-pay. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full fee for the services booked. Clients should arrive sober and are asked to avoid heavily scented products and fragrances.
