Facials are customized to each client. Depending on the skin, a treatment may include deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, light extractions, massage of the face, neck, hands and arms, Gua Sha, manual lymphatic drainage, a treatment mask and finishing products. Each facial also covers diet, lifestyle and a home skin care routine. A 1-hour facial is offered, and a back facial is available for the same steps performed on the back. A separate teen facial for clients 17 and under runs 45 minutes and focuses on home routines and diet, including for teens dealing with acne, and it ends with a relaxing facial massage.
Private facial parties suit groups of six to eight people and run for two hours. The package includes private studio access, a hands-on facial, a Gua Sha class, a flower tablescape, and vegan snacks with herbal mocktails. Parties are available seven days a week, based on availability, and the guest count must be given at booking. Booking requires a personal credit card on file. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and the card is charged the full amount for the requested number of guests 48 hours before the party. That charge is non-refundable.
Services are available by appointment only, Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Booking, Dr. Alkaitis product orders and gift certificates are all handled by calling or texting 206.658.5539.
The spa is holistic and organic, combining skin treatments with guidance on diet, lifestyle and home care.
