New clients start with a virtual consultation, a ten-minute call for $10 that is credited toward the deposit. A free phone consultation is offered for general styling that does not involve extensions or chemical services. Appointments need to be booked at least two weeks ahead with a 50% deposit, and cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the service.

The stylist will travel to a location the client picks in Wake, Johnston, and Pitt counties for an added travel fee. Clients outside those areas are asked to get in touch before booking. Private pamper parties follow the same idea of coming to a chosen location, for bridal showers, birthdays, girls' nights, children's birthday parties, and girls' spa days. Pricing is based on five guests, with $20 for each extra guest, and travel is not included.

The business also sells its own Pure by Mia haircare line, virgin hair extensions, and body care items through Etsy or at pop-up events. Gift certificates are available for purchase.
