The stylist then builds a custom plan with a timeline, pricing and a maintenance schedule. Prices listed are starting points, and final pricing is set at consultation based on hair length, density and the result wanted. Every service ends with a professional cleanse and finish, followed by at-home care and maintenance recommendations. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, product-free hair and to mention allergies, sensitivities or previous chemical treatments. Guests wait in the reception area during service, and the salon does not double-book, so each client has dedicated time with their stylist.

Extension work covers partial and full installs, crochet, micro link, I-tip micro bead and K-tip fusion methods, along with removal and color matching for extensions. The salon says its extension hair is ethically sourced and hand-selected. It reports 98% client retention and a 5-star average rating, according to its own figures.

Deposits are non-refundable and required at booking; the amount varies by service and is applied to the total on the day. Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings. A complimentary adjustment appointment can be requested within 7 days of a service, and refunds are handled case by case. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 2 PM, and closed Monday and Sunday.
