PureMD MedSpa traces its roots to Tranquility Laser Center, which founder Dr. Suresh Gupta opened in Dayton in 2013. In 2015 he bought PureMD Dayton and merged the two practices under the PureMD MedSpa name. According to the business, it has been operating for more than a decade, serving Dayton, Beavercreek, Centerville, Springboro, Miamisburg, West Chester, Mason and the wider Cincinnati area.

Plans are individualized. Each one is built around a client's goals, lifestyle and stage of life, with the aim of natural-looking results. Clients can start with a free virtual consultation: an online tool asks them to pick cosmetic concerns by body area and then returns suggested treatments before they book in person.

The menu is broad.
