About

Jiva Med Spa operates under one name across several cities. The Columbus location is in the Grandview area, a few minutes from Downtown, and the Dayton-area location is in Beavercreek, off I-75. The Cincinnati-area location is in Mason and serves clients from Warren, Butler and Hamilton counties, and the Boca Raton and Wesley Chapel locations serve Florida clients. The business says it is a medical spa that aims to help clients feel refreshed in mind, body and spirit.

A visit usually begins with a free initial consultation with one of the business's medical professionals. The consultation covers personal details and medical history and may include a body composition analysis, skin analysis or imaging. A provider then builds a personalized treatment plan, and scheduling, payment and financing options are reviewed. Financing is available through Cherry, PatientFi and CareCredit, with a range of term lengths and some no-interest plans.

The menu is broad. Body services include CoolSculpting Elite, Emsculpt NEO, truSculpt iD and truSculpt flex, along with Accufit, PRP Breast Lift, Venus Legacy and Z-Wave Q. Face services cover chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow and HydraFacial treatments, microblading, PRP facials, and a long list of neurotoxin and dermal filler options. Sexual health and wellness menus cover hormone replacement therapy, IV hydration, B12 injections, red light therapy and semaglutide weight loss. Hair services include laser hair reduction, NeoGraft and hair transplant, PRP scalp treatment, and Nutrafol.

Locations differ in amenities. The Columbus location has free on-site parking, relaxation areas, heated beds, private dressing areas, soundproof treatment rooms and a minimalist interior with large windows. The Wesley Chapel location, in The Grove Shopping Center, offers complimentary refreshments, private treatment areas, consultation rooms and heated beds. Dayton-area and Cincinnati-area clients will find free parking on site. The Cincinnati-area location requires appointments for both consultations and treatments, booked online or by phone. The business says its pricing is transparent and that it customizes facial treatments to each client's skin needs.

Medical professionals hold a consultation to learn each client's needs and goals, then create a custom plan. The approach follows a before, during and after structure, and plans are tailored rather than one-size-fits-all.

Settings vary by location, from a spacious spa in a large brick building in Beavercreek to a minimalist, soundproofed space in Columbus.
