A visit begins with a refreshing drink on arrival. The room is kept calm, with soft lighting, gentle music and essential oil scents. The enhanced experiences include nail art, Hermes nail polish application, a paraffin wax treatment for hands or feet, and the Purely Pampered Hand Ritual, which combines a luxury manicure with a collagen-rich mask, red light therapy, serums and aromatic compresses. Builder gel manicures and soft gel extensions each take about two hours.

For gel polish, the spa recommends adding its gel polish removal to any gel service. Guests whose gel polish was applied elsewhere can book a new guest gel removal. Acrylic removal is handled only after contacting the spa directly.

The spa uses a range of brands, including the full Hermes polish line, Chanel, CND Shellac, CND Vinylux and Dazzle Dry. It describes its luxury nail treatments as clean beauty with an elevated guest experience.

Guests should plan ahead: arrive 15 minutes early for a first appointment and 5 minutes early for later ones. A 15-minute grace period applies, and arrival after that cancels the booking. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service. Guests must be 16 or older to receive services. Pets are not allowed, though service animals are accommodated if the spa is told when booking. Free street parking and a limited number of free lot spaces are available, with a paid lot directly across the street.

Nail care is built around a holistic approach, using non-toxic products designed to protect and strengthen nails.
