Laura has worked in hair since 2003. She moved to Atlanta in 2005 to join Van Michael Salons, where she spent 11 years focused on cutting and hair extensions. She later started her own independent practice in a solo suite, specializing in cut, color and extensions.

Each visit starts with a consultation about the look, style and upkeep the client wants, which becomes a plan. For color, a custom blended shade is mixed and saved in the booking system so it can be matched on later visits. Haircuts are shaped around face shape, daily routine and goals. Styling and product tips come with the blow-dry, and each appointment closes with at-home care suggestions and a suggested time to rebook.

Extensions follow their own process. Clients book a consultation first to talk through the type, length, color and density they want. At that visit a method is recommended, color is matched, and a price estimate and maintenance schedule are given, with a deposit collected. Hair is paid for and an installation appointment is set, and the service fee is collected at installation. Removal and reinstallation are best booked before leaving the studio.

Scalp care makes up a large share of the work at this studio. Laura holds a certification as a Trichologist, issued by The World Trichology Society in 2022. Scalp services include a hair loss assessment, a scalp evaluation, treatment with the Juvasonic device and a Kapyderm scalp facial. The studio's blog also addresses scalp health, how often to wash, and hair shedding.

The studio is in Salon Studios, and parking is across the street, with two hours free after a quick QR registration using phone number and license plate. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 7pm. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; late cancellations are charged half the service price and no-shows the full price. New clients can book a haircut, base color or color consultation through the Book Now button. Color corrections and balayage need an email beforehand with a photo of current hair and a photo of the desired look.
