Facials range from a 45-minute basic cleanse to a 90-minute clarifying treatment for congestion and mild to moderate acne. Facials and treatments use medical-grade products, and DiamondGlow uses customized SkinMedica serums. Peels include the BioRe Peel, which uses 35% TCA with vitamins and amino acids, and VI Peels, which come in six formulations for pigment, sun damage, acne and scarring, or fine lines and wrinkles. Dermaplaning, high frequency and LED can be added to many visits.

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least one day ahead to avoid a late charge. Cancelling within 24 hours or without proper notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service value, and a no-show without written notice is charged 100% to the card on file. Clients who late cancel or miss three or more appointments may be removed or asked to prepay. New clients pay a $50 deposit for DiamondGlow Body and VI Peel, and a $75 deposit for Medical Microneedling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $200, $500 or custom amounts and are final.
