Loc services run from re-twists to starter locs and two-strand twists with loc maintenance. A loc re-twist includes shampooing, conditioning and maintenance, and can be booked with basic styling. Locs need to be free of damage for a re-twist, and if maintenance has lapsed for more than three months, an extra charge applies. Pricing for most loc services goes up with length.

Silk presses come in three forms: a standard silk press, a silk wrap that adds a scalp detox, moisture and protein treatments and a trim before the hair is unwrapped under a cool dryer, and a scalp scrub silk press that the salon suggests for first-time clients. Color is available as retouches, all over color and half highlights. New clients booking an all over color need a consultation at least one week ahead, and the stylist may adjust that price.

Wig services include maintenance, which is a deep cleanse, deep conditioning, braiding down and moisturizing, and construction of sewing machine wigs with a mesh dome or ventilated cap, bleached knots and plucked parting. Clients can supply their own hair or buy it from the company. Payment for construction is due before the hair is made into a wig. Clients who send their own hair ship it to the salon's Stockbridge, Georgia address and email the tracking number. Local clients meet in a public place to hand over hair and again to collect the finished wig.
