Payments are accepted, and gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200 or in a custom amount.

The menu falls into two broad groups. Color includes single-process and double-process custom color, root touch-ups, partial and full highlights and a pop of color service. Hair covers cuts, trims and clipper work, men's haircuts with beard trims, shampoo and blow-dry, deep conditioning and steam treatments, scalp treatments, silk presses, relaxers, updos, pixie transformations, wet sets and twist outs, and many braid, loc, crochet and weave options. Several color and haircut services are add-on only, so they are added to another service, and prices for some services rise with longer hair.

Credit card information is required to hold an appointment. Some services take a deposit, including double-process color, the pixie transformation, the V.I.P pixie cut and color, medium knotless or box braids and sew-in extensions. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window or no-shows are charged 35% of the service amount, and no-call, no-shows are charged in full. If weather, a power outage or a similar event forces a short-notice cancellation, the studio offers 35% off the next identical service. Clients can call to change or cancel an appointment.

Children are welcome, and parents can book themselves and their children together. Kids braidstyles are offered for children under 12.
