The clinic's health optimization offerings cover several areas. For digestion, it provides GI health care that combines detailed testing with naturopathic methods aimed at the gut's microbial balance and food sensitivities. Immune support pairs vitamin and mineral supplementation with herbal remedies and stress management. According to the clinic, its IV infusions contain nutrients, are medical grade, and are delivered in a supervised medical setting. Hormone care addresses testosterone balance in men and estrogen, progesterone and thyroid balance in women, using bio-identical hormones, thyroid and adrenal hormones, micronutrients and herbal medicines. The regenerative menu includes microneedling, which can be paired with platelet-rich plasma drawn from a small blood sample, and Scarlet RF microneedling. Cellenis PRP treatments are used for skin, hair and scar concerns, and the AquaFirme XS Hydrating Facial combines exfoliation, hydration and antioxidant infusion. Regenerative injections include Prolotherapy, Perineural Injection Therapy, Prolozone and PRP, and are offered for joint conditions, athletic injuries, nerve inflammation and soft tissue pain. Other options include pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, low-level laser therapy, hair loss treatments, peptide therapy and shockwave therapy, with non-surgical body contouring for fat reduction and body shaping in the other services group.

Sexual health and wellness care draws on functional and naturopathic principles. Shockwave therapy is offered for erectile dysfunction and is described as non-invasive, and non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation uses acoustic sound wave energy. Women's health care also covers menopause, fertility, incontinence and hormone imbalance. The clinic has a SuperMouth oral health section and partners with SuperMouth to offer oral care products.

A first visit is approximately 60 to 90 minutes and includes a history, intake, any relevant physical exam, and review of past lab work and imaging when available. The first consultation is free. No referral is needed to begin, and clients can book by phone or text, or through the online form. The clinic does not bill insurance directly but provides a service summary that patients can submit for possible reimbursement; insurance may cover lab work and imaging, but usually not naturopathic care. Cash, check, credit and debit cards and HSA cards are accepted. Follow-up visits are typically every four to six weeks, depending on the case. The clinic does not handle emergencies and advises calling 911 in one. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with Tuesday by appointment only.
