The studio describes itself as a corrective skincare studio that aims for personalized results. Facials are built around acne, hyperpigmentation, ingrown hairs and uneven skin texture. New clients start with the Skin Reset Facial so the esthetician can assess the skin and set up a plan, and returning clients can book a Customized Facial, which is adjusted to the skin on the day and suggested every four to six weeks. Chemical peels are offered and chosen according to each client's skin goals and suitability.
Booking is handled through the external GlossGenius website. Many services take a deposit, usually between $10 and $100, and a 20% fee applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, and the studio is closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
The skincare retail selection includes the Acai Berry Moisturizer, the Advanced Renewal Serum and the Ageless Skin Hydrating Serum.
Treatments are built around the client's skin and waxing needs, with a focus on speed and comfort in the waxing room and corrective goals in the facial room.
