To find the studio, enter the building, head upstairs, turn left and then left again; Suite 417 is in the corner. Visitors use the lobby directory to call Katie and wait to be let in. Free parking is available on site. The studio aims to feel comfortable, welcoming and relaxing.

Bookings require a valid card on file, stored through Square. The card is charged only under the cancellation and no-show policy. Arrivals up to 10 minutes late may still receive the full service when time allows, while later arrivals count as a late cancellation and the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. At least 24 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and after three no-shows, future bookings are limited to same-day appointments based on availability.
