The lash menu covers classic, hybrid and volume full sets. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash, roughly 80 to 100 per eye, with length, width and curl chosen during consultation. A hybrid set blends classic extensions with volume fans, and a volume set uses handmade volume fans on every natural lash. Fills are booked by timing since the last set, and a one-week fill requires the previous set to be 1 to 7 days old; otherwise a two or three week fill is booked. Mega fills, foreign fills for clients with a set from another salon, extension removal, lash lifts and lash tints are also offered.

The facial menu includes the Dimond Glō Treatment, which uses wet and dry microdermabrasion with a diamond tip, suction and customized solutions, and includes SPF. The Hydro Glō Treatment uses hydrodermabrasion with suction, custom serums and hyaluronic acid. The Acne Facial uses Face Reality products, and the Chemical Peel Facial is aimed at fine lines, acne scars, uneven tone and sun damage. The Spring Deep Clean Facial combines diamond tip microdermabrasion with an enzyme mask, a hydrating mask and a shoulder massage. Add-ons include LED light therapy, dermaplaning and a chemical peel, and the chemical peel add-on requires a past treatment or consultation before booking.

Brow services include eyebrow lamination, which sets brow hairs in place for several weeks, eyebrow tinting with adjustable semi-permanent dye, and eyebrow waxing, with a bundle combining lamination, wax and tint. Clients should avoid retinol and AHA skin care for one week before a brow wax or bundle. Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius page. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, with the salon closed Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with at least 48 hours notice carry no charge, while shorter notice carries a 50% fee, cancellations under 24 hours carry a full fee, and no-call no-shows are charged the full price. Cancellation and reschedule charges are non-refundable.

Lash extensions are the core of the menu, with facials and brow services alongside, and each lash artist works independently within the shared salon.
