Lash extensions are offered in four styles: Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume. Each style has a full set and fills booked at 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Fills are booked by how long it has been since the last one, in windows of 1 to 7 days, 8 to 14 days, or 15 to 21 days. A full set is required for a fill when less than half of a client's lashes remain. Clients who are unsure whether they need a fill or a full set can send a photo for guidance.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash tint, lash lift, lash lift with tint, and Korean lash lift options, as well as lash removal. Brow services include brow tint, brow lamination, Korean brow lamination, and combinations of these with tinting, plus brow, chin, lip and underarm waxing.

Booking and visit policies are clear. Clients running late are asked to text so the studio can make adjustments, and they should arrive at their appointment time rather than early unless it has been arranged beforehand. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment incur a fee of the full service price. No-shows are charged the full price and may not be accepted as clients again. No refunds are given. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval obtained before the appointment.
