The studio's skin menu is built around custom facials. The Signature Custom Facial is a one-hour treatment that includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, massage, lymphatic drainage, a mask chosen for the client, and finishing products. The ELITE Custom Facial runs 90 minutes and adds an oil cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, two masks, and massage across the décolletage, shoulders, neck and face. The business describes its facial as a deeply relaxing experience. Dermaplaning is offered on its own or as a dermaplane facial, and the studio finishes those treatments with the DermaplanePro Ageless Stem Cell & Peptide Mask.

Lash services cover extension sets in classic, hybrid, volume, mega-volume and colored styles, along with fill-ins and removal. A full set takes about two hours and a quarter, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A lash bath is included on request. For clients who prefer their natural lashes, Lash Lift & Tint curls the lashes and tints them black; the business says the result can last up to eight to ten weeks.

Waxing is offered for brows, lip, chin, nose, bikini and Brazilian areas. Brow tinting can be added to a brow wax. A first-time Brazilian is priced and timed separately to allow extra time between wax strips. Clients are asked to list any medications on the consultation form before waxing, since some medications make waxing unsuitable.

Studio hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Saturdays by appointment; the studio is closed Friday and Sunday. A card must be saved on file to book. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and same-day cancellations are charged half the booked service. Children cannot be accommodated during appointments, and shoes come off at the door.

New skin clients begin with the Signature Custom Facial, and complimentary 30-minute consultations are offered to talk through skin goals and suitable treatments before booking.
