Lashes By Jess works with Novalash extensions and offers Classic, Hybrid, American Volume and London Volume sets. New sets are booked as full sets, with fills priced by how long it has been since the last full set or fill: under three weeks or over three weeks. Mini fills are available for clients who still have more than 60% of their extensions. Clients who had a set done elsewhere can book a foreign fill, starting at $125, where the service depends on the condition of their natural lashes. Lash removal and a candied lash add-on are also listed.

Lash services include lash lifts and lash tints, a combined lift and tint, and a lift relaxer that reverses a lift. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin, or the full face, with separate prices for each area and for brow and lip together. Consultations or tests are offered for no charge.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a penalty. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment incurs a late fee of 50% of the menu price, and no-shows or cancellations within one hour are charged the full service price. The owner may change the cancellation policy. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
