Mint is a space shared by separate, independent beauty professionals who each run their own practice under one roof. Beth Randall's injection boutique, The Beauty Elixir, is one of these businesses inside Mint, and Kristin Searing works with BeYouthful, another independent practice in the building.

Mint is appointment-only and does not take walk-ins. Reserved pop-in appointments can be booked for buying a product or gift card, or for a consultation with a provider. Injectable and medical services are performed onsite by board-certified RN injectors under medical direction. The business states that it is insured and licensed.

Medical-grade skincare lines can be bought through the online store and shipped to the customer's door, and gift cards are sold online too. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, and opened products can be returned within 30 days for in-store retail credit.
