Jessica Riopelle is a lash artist at Lashes by Jess LLC, offering NovaLash extensions at Mint. She has worked in the beauty industry since 2012 and began working as a lash artist in 2016.

She graduated in 2014 from Josef's School of Hair Design in Grand Forks, North Dakota, with a cosmetology license, and holds a Wisconsin Cosmetology License earned after moving to Wisconsin that year. She became NovaLash certified in 2017 and has since completed all NovaLash courses. She opened an independent lash business in Cedarburg and Richfield in 2020 before joining Mint, and plans to continue her education in skin care and other services.
