The lash menu includes Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Wispy sets and fills on two- and three-week schedules, a Mini Fill for sets booked within a week of the last visit, and a Foreign Fill for clients coming from another lash technician, which must be added when booking. A Korean lash lift gives natural lashes a soft, glossy finish, and lash tints and lash removal are also offered. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and fills four or more weeks after the last service require a new set.

On the skin side, the Dermaplane Facial uses a professional surgical scalpel to remove dead skin and fine vellus hair, and the shorter Express Dermaplane includes a cleanse and finishing products. The Oxygen Glow Boost is an oxygen treatment for cleansing, oxygenating and calming the skin, and is recommended every two to three weeks for maintenance. Brow services include waxing and shaping, and a Brow Lamination with Sculpt that lifts and sets natural brows, with results lasting four to six weeks with proper aftercare. The business sells and recommends GLYMED+ professional skincare.

Visit rules are practical: clients should arrive on time, as a $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes and appointments are rescheduled after 15 minutes late. Deposits are non-refundable, changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and additional guests and children are not allowed unless discussed beforehand. Lash clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and clean lashes and to avoid oil-based products around the eyes beforehand.
