A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation, which can be booked online or by phone. Most services include a scalp massage and complimentary drinks. Color services do not include a full blowout but do include a quick complimentary power dry. Because the salon works in a departmentalized way, each team member either cuts or colors, so a client works with a specialist for each part of the style. Haircut appointments usually take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on length, texture and the look chosen. Styling and blowout prices include the first hour, and each extra 30 minutes is charged separately.

The salon says its team takes part in technical training and education throughout the year. Haircuts draw on Toni and Guy techniques combined with each stylist's own training and experience. For hair extensions, the salon states its stylists are certified in Habit Hand Tied application, and all extensions use 100% human hair. Applications take from one to six hours depending on type, brand and goal, and same-day appointments are offered.

Bridal hair and makeup, hair and makeup trials, bridal packages and wedding party packages are available, and destination weddings are offered with custom pricing. Wedding dates are first-come, first-served and need a non-refundable 20% retainer at booking; dates within 90 days require full payment at booking. Hair and makeup are also offered for engagements, bridal showers, birthdays, prom, graduations, galas and photoshoots.

Booking and payment policies are clear: cancellations need 24 hours' notice, with a late fee of 50% of the service price for shorter notice. A no-show may be charged the full service price to the card on file. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Clients who are not satisfied can ask for a complimentary re-do if it is scheduled within 10 days. Services and opened products are not refunded.
