Blowouts are a central part of the work, offered in several tiers by length and texture, from a dry style on clean hair to a custom haircut with wash and style. Silk pressing is a non-chemical straightening for curly, coily or coarse hair, done with a blowout and flat iron. Monthly memberships and prepaid packages bundle these services for clients who visit regularly.

New clients must book a consultation before any chemical service. Same-day appointments need the stylist's approval and are confirmed only after a confirmation is sent. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours carry a 30% fee, same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. The stylist will work with clients on times outside the posted schedule if they get in touch.
