Owner Harley Merva has over 30 years of experience and provides cut, color and extensions services. Services are offered for clients of all ages and hair types. The salon has cared for multi-generational families, including children who grew up as clients, and it offers kids cuts and family appointments.

The first visit includes a complimentary ten-minute consultation to help choose services. Private one-on-one appointments are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the salon, at home or in a hotel, and house calls are available. For events, the salon offers bridal hair and bridal party services, wedding packages built around a customized menu of treatments, and salon buyouts for weddings and private gatherings.

Color services are guaranteed for two weeks, and clients can contact the salon with questions after a visit. Booking runs several weeks in advance, though openings that come up sooner may be offered. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead incur a fee. Saturday hours are 10am to 5pm, and the salon is closed on Sundays.
