Pristine Aesthetics works from a suite at 25245 5 Mile Road in Redford. Its menu falls into two main areas: facials and skin treatments, and lash services. Facials run from a 30-minute express treatment to a 135-minute Glass Skin Reset and a 195-minute Deluxe Self Care package that includes an oxygen dome, eyebrow wax and a wispy full set.

Lash services include full sets priced from $135 to $185, fill-ins, mini fills and lash removal, along with add-ons such as decals, spikes, colored lashes and bottom wispy lashes. Each set is fitted to the client's eyes. Fill-ins for original wispy sets start at $115 and need at least half of the remaining lashes after outgrown lashes are removed. If another technician applied the lashes, removal is required before a full set can be booked.

Skin treatments include microneedling, several chemical peel options and radio frequency skin tightening, offered by single session, by area or in packages. Many of these are sold as series, and several include maintenance facials. Waxing is also available, done with honey-based wax followed by aloe vera gel.

Before any service, clients must read, sign and complete a consultation form. Deposits, services and classes are non-refundable. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 to 48 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations carry a $25 fee that is paid before rebooking. Accepted payments are cash, Apple Pay and Venmo, and packages can be paid in installments through Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay. Children and animals are not permitted at appointments.

Services are tailored where it matters: lash sets are fitted to each client's eyes, and skin treatments are often planned as a series with maintenance facials included.
