Skin work is a major part of the menu. Facials range from a teen acne facial with a home care consultation to an anti-aging facial that uses pineapple and papaya enzymes, a clarifying back facial with a deep cleanse and dead salt exfoliation, and a customized European facial with steam, extractions, massage and serum. Other options include a microdermabrasion-style treatment with oxygen, an Aqua Gold facial using micro infusion and the Galvani method, a three-step Hydro facial with peptide infusion, and a non-invasive Nano Infusion treatment with one to two days of downtime. The Age Defying facial uses micro-current technology and is recommended as a series of 10 over five weeks, then monthly. PCA chemical peels, which include extractions, are available singly or in series of three or six. Clients preparing for a peel are advised to avoid exfoliating acids and retinoids beforehand.

Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, sideburns, underarms, legs and Brazilian, along with brow waxing with tinting, laser chin hair removal and permanent brows. Clients with acrylic or UV gel should say so when booking, since removal takes longer. Add-ons are best booked with the main service. Massage options include CBD, Swedish, deep tissue, couples, a honey and coconut body scrub and massage, and an infrared sauna blanket treatment. Lash services cover false lash application, semi-permanent application and fill-ins at three or four weeks. Treatments are performed by licensed aestheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians.

Booking is done by phone or online, with a credit card required to hold every appointment. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete forms, and late arrivals may have their service shortened while still being charged the full booked price. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Parties of four or more, including the organizer, pay a 25% group booking fee that covers gratuities, and group changes need at least four days' notice. Clients booking several services for one visit are asked to contact the salon directly. Gift certificates can be bought in person or online and come in $100, $150, $200, $250 and $300 amounts. Menu services and prices may change without notice.
