Brow services cover arches, tinting, stains, powder brows and microblading. Lash services include cluster lashes, classic, hybrid and volume extensions, fills, removal and lash baths. Facial options include a clean canvas facial, enzyme facials and blackhead extraction, which is done during facial treatments. Waxing is offered for the lip, chin, underarms, bikini area, arms and legs.

Clients book with a deposit, which is applied to the service cost and due when scheduling. Appointments are held only if the deposit is paid by midnight before the visit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations carry a $25 service fee. One reschedule is allowed on the same deposit. The studio gives a 5-minute grace period for late arrival, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice counts as a no-show.

The studio also offers customized scheduling for appointments outside regular hours, with an up-charge starting at $25. Monthly membership plans bundle brow, lash, waxing and retail benefits, and buy now, pay later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Monday and Sunday.
