Primora Spa was founded by Racquell Fuller, who is its owner and lead therapist. The spa operates from a single location in Maynard with four treatment rooms, and it is open Tuesday through Friday and on Saturday mornings and early afternoons, closed Sundays and Mondays.

The spa's philosophy, which it calls Somatic Symmetry, connects skin and body care with balance in the nervous system. Each visit opens with a short centering practice using breathwork or aromatherapy, meant to settle the client before treatment begins. Treatments are tailored to each client's goals, and the spa describes its facial and massage work as non-surgical face lifting and therapeutic massage.

Services are arranged in tiers. Age Defying Skincare is the highest skincare tier and includes microneedling, mesotherapy, microcurrent, LED and oxygen-based facials.

The Bespoke Facial Lift and Sculpt Program is a 10-week plan of weekly sessions with a 90-minute protocol and a 30-minute body massage each visit, paid in an initial payment followed by biweekly installments. Treatment plans are built by the staff, and clients with other goals can email the spa to ask about a custom plan.

Treatments are customized to each client's goals and combine a body-centered, mind-body approach with attention to the nervous system, with the spa describing its care as results-oriented.
