Lash and brow services include classic and hybrid lash extensions, full sets and fills, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, henna brows and henna freckles, and brow tweezing, tinting and waxing, with a separate men's brow option. Cosmetic tattooing covers microblading-style brows, nano hairstrokes, powder ombre, combo brows, lip blushing, natural eyeliner, color boosts for prior permanent makeup, and 3D areola tattoos. Every new permanent makeup client has a free in-office or Zoom consultation first, where the service date is set, and a prior touch-up or color boost requires an in-office visit.
The skin care menu runs from a teen facial and a men's facial to a Beyond Botox facial, with Oxygen Rx, Firming Peptide and custom facials in between. Add-ons include gua sha, ultrasonic skin scrubbing and several peels, and series options cover Dermafrost, Jessner and MandeliClear peels. Clinical choices include IPL photorejuvenation, Dual Radiance, microneedling and exosome microneedling by area, and scar needling in small, medium and large areas. Custom facial pricing is set at a consultation, and many clinical prices are listed as one session or as a series of three.
Pure Skin Academy offers a permanent makeup apprenticeship with one-on-one supervised clinic days on weekdays or weekends, plus a Master Lip Blushing course. Student insurance and tattoo supplies are provided to apprentices, and applicants need an accredited 100 hour fundamentals course. Pure Skin helps facilitate a supervised temporary license through the Maynard Board of Health, and apprenticeships typically take 12 to 18 months.
Booking holds an appointment with a non-refundable $100 fee, and the remaining balance is due on the day of service. Loyalty points build only on prepaid appointments and cannot be combined with coupons, specials, packages or permanent makeup. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 6 pm. Metered parking is on Nason Street, and a non-metered lot is behind the building on Summer Street.
