About
Brooke E Konecny owns Pure Skin and works there as a micropigmentation artist and Master Esthetician. She is a licensed Massachusetts esthetician and a licensed permanent makeup artist, and she holds a 15x Certified AAM Gold Board Micropigmentation Artist designation and a 17x Certified Master Esthetician designation. She also holds AAM Diamond Board Certified Trainer status with the American Academy of Micropigmentation and CAAM and DAAM credentials.
Before working in beauty, she spent more than a decade as a social worker. She trained in cosmetic and paramedical tattooing and completed a 600 hour esthetician program at Cosmix School of Beauty Sciences. Earlier she was a micropigmentation artist with the Prettyology team on Newbury Street, and she completed Prettyology's PMU apprenticeship and Art & Science of Micropigmentation certification.
Her specialty is cosmetic and paramedical tattooing, including micropigmentation. Her further training includes Prettyology microblading and digital hairstroke certifications, NanoLines and nano brows work, lip blushing and color correction, needle training, eyeliner, men's brows, scar camouflage, restorative lip blush and scar work, and saline tattoo removal and lightening. She also teaches the Pure Skin permanent makeup apprenticeship and works with clients who want to feel confident in their appearance.
