The studio offers a quiet, intimate setting for facials, waxing and tinting. The owner aims for a warm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and the business describes its skincare as all-natural, organic, clean and cruelty-free.

Facials range from a 30-minute teen facial to 80-minute treatments. The Basic Facial includes enzyme exfoliation and extractions, and is suited to most skin types, especially those needing extractions. Customized Ultrasound or Light Therapy facials add ultrasound, which uses low-frequency vibrations to exfoliate and cleanse, or LED light applied after the massage with serums to help reduce redness. A Reset Facial, at 60 minutes, includes steam, exfoliation, lymphatic drainage with soft brushes and a head massage, but no extractions.

The waxing and tinting menu covers the face, underarms, arms, legs and bikini, plus brow shaping by wax or tweezing, brow and lash tinting, and lash lifts. A Head, Hair and Scalp Treatment can be added to any facial for a small extra fee.

Appointments are required and confirmed by email in advance. Cancellations need 48 hours notice, with fees for late cancellations and no-shows. Teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the teen facial. Clients can pay by major card, debit, cash or check, and receive 10% off when buying two or more retail products.
