Clients book online through the site's Book Now buttons. For braids with extensions or color, the desired hair color is typed into the booking notes. Hours run Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Braid pricing is listed by style and size, from large to small in most families, with length add-ons for anything longer than shoulder length. Boho braids can be done with synthetic or human hair. Standard natural colors included in braid services are 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613 and 99J. Wigs must be clean or booked with the wash and reinstall service, and wigs needing bleaching, tinting or styling should be dropped off at least 48 hours ahead. New wigs must be lace front, closure or 360 lace.

Makeup and bridal appointments can take place at the studio or at a client's chosen location, such as a home, hotel, office or event space. The starting travel charge is $50 for trips within 15 miles, and it rises with both distance and travel time. Parking, valet, toll, early-morning and holiday surcharges may also apply. To reserve a wedding date, bridal clients pay a 50% deposit that cannot be refunded, and the remaining balance is due on the wedding day. Bridal trials must be paid in full when booked, and the salon suggests scheduling them four to six weeks ahead of the event. Quotes for group bookings, whether for bridal parties, families or glam squads, are provided upon request.

After a makeup session, clients can buy some of the products used in the look, such as foundation, brow products, lip colors and setting sprays.
