Every loc installation begins with a one-on-one loc consultation with a loctician, a 45-minute conversation about goals, size and concerns that costs $50. For existing locs, the salon offers interlocking and palm rolling for new growth, which is suited to larger locs and includes an optional wash.

Outside of locs, the salon offers natural hair braids and two strand twists, starting at $85 and priced by size and length. Braids and twists use Xpression hair, and children's styles are also available. Color services use ION Brilliance products, start at $25, and take an hour or more; the site notes that color is not performed by a licensed colorist. Shampoo and detox starts at $70 and may cost more depending on the size of the braids.

An appointment is not confirmed until the stylist accepts it, and a deposit of 50% of the base price for the requested service is due when scheduling. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice have their appointments cancelled, and deposits are not refunded. Extra charges apply for additional services, overgrown locs or damaged locs.
