The salon calls itself a home for the pixie cut. Its pixie is a short cut with long sideburns and a wavy, edgy finish. Relaxer-free pixies and short haircuts are not offered, so the pixie is booked for relaxed hair through the salon's booking page.

For straightening, the salon uses Influance's chemical-free option for natural hair and offers Influance relaxers, which do not contain formaldehyde. Consultations are offered on Tuesdays only and must be paid in advance; they are non-refundable and are not applied to the later service. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are not charged, late cancellations incur a $30 fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price.
