Many braiding and extension services do not include hair. Clients can buy hair from the salon, including its own Pretty Little Bundles line made for installations, or bring their own. Bohemian knotless services do not include curly hair, so clients supply it and receive the brand and pack count after the deposit is paid. Some braid services include one braiding hair color (colors 1 through 4), and the color name or number goes in the booking notes.

Beyond braids, the menu includes Pretty Girl ponytails and sew-ins, microlinks, tape-ins, and K Tip installation and maintenance. There are also silk presses, relaxers, single, double, and triple process color, color touch-ups for gray coverage, and treatments such as Moroccanoil, Olaplex, a protein treatment, and a scalp treatment for dandruff. An amino acid treatment is described as a keratin-like service without formaldehyde, with retouch suggested in three to five months.

Deposits are required and are non-refundable: $35 or $100 depending on the service, with braids, color, and extensions requiring $100. Deposits can be paid by Cash App or Zelle, and can be moved only if the appointment is rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time. Hair should usually be shampooed and blown out, or taken down, before many appointments, or extra fees may apply. Cut services need a picture of the desired cut emailed at least 24 hours in advance, and men's braid services need a picture sent before booking.
