The salon says every appointment is planned around the health of the hair, the wellness of the scalp, and how the client feels. Every service includes a shampoo and a conditioning scalp massage, with the shampoo provided by the salon before the service begins. Maintenance is discussed before any service or installation, and maintenance packages are offered for select services. For those who want to plan ahead, free consultations are available by phone, FaceTime, or text, and in-shop consultations are $35 per hour.

Treatments use a Himalayan salt scrub with tea tree or grape seed oil and deep tissue scalp manipulation, with Halo Water heat therapy and Ozone Steam Heat Therapy included. The Head Spa Deluxe adds a deep tissue body massage, styling, and an anti-aging skin facial. Scalp add-ons such as aromatherapy, a deep conditioning upgrade, extended scalp massage, a scalp detox, and custom scalp treatments can be added to most services.

Booking requires a deposit that goes toward the service total; head spa bookings require $50, and the five-service Head Spa Treatment Package requires $150 from new clients. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late may lose the deposit and be charged a partial service fee, cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead may carry a fee, and no-shows may forfeit deposits and face future booking limits. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Free parking is available. Children are welcome only when they are getting a service, and the salon serves children ages 9 and up. One additional guest is allowed per appointment unless that guest is also booked for a service.
